everyday also training 1 week din stop ald.....very tired o.... now need to take a rest on this 2 day coz muscle very pain and BOTY is coming in this sat......dunno why this week i think many about bboy thing and think how to strengthen my bboy ...i wan to strengthen my bboy....so just training only....hope can success.....this fri go KL lo....this time i go KL 2week...hehe^^
